Manufacturer's Warranty:

Some aftermarket products supplied by PRO SPEED RACING may void your car's
manufacturer's warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to check
this before fitting any aftermarket performance part. PRO SPEED RACING will
not be held responsible or accountable in any way for any damage to your car
incurred from fitment of aftermarket performance products.

PRO SPEED RACING sells parts that require PROFESSIONAL install. We will not
warrant parts that have not been installed by a professional Authorised
Mechanic.

PRO SPEED RACING sells parts that are for off road use only, and no streetlegal or
conform to Australian road laws or ADR LAWS.

Backorders:

If for some reason an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, you
will be notified via phone or email and we will backorder that item for you
and hold your order. As soon as the backordered item arrives at our premises
your complete order will be shipped. You will not be billed until the order
is shipped.

International Orders:

All international orders must email PRO SPEED RACING before buying online
PAYMENT is in the way of DIRECT DEPOSIT ONLY, (NO CREDIT CARDS)

Sales Policy:

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, direct bank deposit and PayPal.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be sent via
FAST WAYS COURIERS OR AUSTRALIA POST unless otherwise specified. Orders are
normally processed 1-3 business days on receipt of order. For items located
in Australia please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Please email us for these
expected delivery times. All returned items must have a Return Authorization
number (see Return Policy).
