We constantly aim to offer the most affordable prices. If you come across a lower advertised price from a competitor, please inform us so that we can have the opportunity to match it.

While Pro Speed Racing earnestly endeavours to offer competitive pricing and considers price matching requests with a customer-first approach, it is important to recognise that the decision to match a competitor’s price ultimately resides with us. At the end of the day, each price match inquiry is unique and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. This ensures that we maintain our commitment to fairness and value, not only in the prices we offer but also in the service we provide. We reserve the right to exercise discretion when evaluating price match requests, making decisions that reflect the best interests of our customers and our business ethos.

How to Request a Price Adjustment:

Should you encounter a competitor’s lower price for an identical item that is available from stock, reach out to our Customer Service Team via our contact form here with documented proof of the competitor’s lower price before you complete your purchase. After validating your price adjustment request, we will be pleased to match the price at checkout.

Price Adjustment Policy & Details:

Pro Speed Racing sets forth the terms under which it will match a competitor's advertised price for a product. This policy is valid for purchases made at Pro Speed Racing retail location or through our online platform at www.ProSpeedRacing.com.au, and it does not apply to purchases made through "Buy now, pay later" methods such as Zip Pay, Zip Money, Afterpay, or Finance.

Pro Speed Racing will match a competitor’s advertised product price for a Pro Speed Racing customer when all the following conditions are satisfied:

1) The Competitor must:

be a registered Australian business with an Australian Business Number and registered for the Goods and Services Tax ("GST").

2) The Competitor’s product must be:

brought to Pro Speed Racing’s attention by the Customer at the time of requesting price matching;
identical to Pro Speed Racing’s product in brand, model, series, specifications, features, colour, production year, and condition;
immediately available for purchase from the Competitor, not on backorder;
not included as part of a special bundled offer;
in stock at Pro Speed Racing, not on backorder;
advertised by an online Competitor as in stock and ready for immediate dispatch

3) The Competitor’s advertised price must:

be for the product when sold individually and not as part of a bundled sale;
include GST and any fees for delivery and handling;
be verifiable by Pro Speed Racing at the time of the price matching request.

4) Pro Speed Racing will not provide price matching on:

Deals that include cash back, bonuses, bulk purchases, quantity limitations, or packaged items;
Prices that include delivery costs;
Advertisements with errors by either Pro Speed Racing or the competitor;
Financing or credit term offers;
Products sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classified websites, through membership programs, or by manufacturers; distributors or importers when shipping internationally;
Competitor’s clearance items, display items, products from liquidation or external administration sales;
"Grey imports," which are sourced from international distributors other than the manufacturer's licensed local importer, also referred to as "direct import" or "grey market" products, typically shipped directly to customers from overseas.
