Prosport Performance Gauges consist of two important elements: the latest trend in Asia and hottest design in USA. Great importance is attached to the experience of users and the quality of the product, from the design of the dial and the shell to the internal movement, etc., which are details that cannot be ignored.
The Prosport HUD Heads Up Display kit projects vehicle engine data directly onto the windshield infront of the driver. This plug and play product connects directly to the vehicle's OBDII port and instantly displays engine data such as speed, RPM and boost. Warning limits can even be set to alert the driver should certain values exceed the user set limits.
Available Data
Depending on the vehicle the following information can be viewed:
- Boost & Vacuum (PSI or BAR)
- Speed (MPH or KPH)
- Fuel Economy
- Tachometer
- Voltage
- Water Temperature (°F or °C)
Certain vehicles may not provide all information such as Boost and Fuel Economy.
Features:
- Real time fuel economy display (KPL or MPG)
- Programmable speed limit alert
- Programmable coolant temp alert
Compatibility
The Prosport HUD kit is compatible with most OBDII vehicles from 1996 onwards, however certain vehicle manufacturers do not offer a universal data stream compatible with aftermarket OBDII readers. For certain japanese vehicles (Mitsubishi and Subaru) only 2008+ models with CAN bus ECUs will offer a compatible OBDII signal. For vehicles that are compatible, some values may not display on the HUD kit.
Unfortunately there is no exact way to determine compatibility for your vehicle, however a list of known compatible vehicles will be listed below when discovered.
