This website is operated by AKB Enterprise Group Pty Ltd, Trading as Pro Speed Racing (“Pro Speed Racing”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

Automotive performance parts should be installed by suitably qualified professionals.
Some products may affect vehicle emissions compliance, roadworthiness, insurance, manufacturer warranty or legal use on public roads.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with all applicable laws, regulations and vehicle requirements before installation or use.
Products intended for motorsport, off-road or competition use may not be suitable or legal for road use.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Speed Racing is not liable for indirect, consequential or additional costs arising from the purchase, installation, delay, use or inability to use a product, including:
- labour costs;
- installation or removal costs;
- tuning costs;
- towing costs;
- vehicle hire costs;
- loss of income;
- loss of use;
- transport costs;
- workshop charges;
- damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.
Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
