At AKB Enterprise Group Pty Ltd, Trading as Pro Speed Racing (“Pro Speed Racing”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide accurate shipping information for all customers.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within one to two (1–2) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak periods, promotional events, supplier delays or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers.
Dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on:
- the selected freight service;
- product availability;
- supplier dispatch times;
- destination location; and
- carrier performance.
Estimated delivery dates provided by freight carriers are estimates only and may change without notice.
3. Special Order & Backorder Items
Some products sold by Pro Speed Racing are sourced from local or international suppliers after an order is placed.
Where an item is:
- out of stock;
- backordered; or
- subject to supplier delay,
we will attempt to notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
Customers may be offered:
- to wait for the item;
- a substitute product where available; or
- another remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Special-order or supplier-ordered products may not be cancellable once procurement has commenced.
4. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details at the time of purchase.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Pro Speed Racing is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries or additional freight charges;
- customers may be charged any additional shipping, return-to-sender or redelivery costs incurred.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details. While we will attempt to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has commenced.
5. Authority to Leave & Delivery Risk
Where a customer authorises a delivery to be left unattended (“Authority to Leave”), delivery responsibility passes to the customer once the freight carrier confirms delivery.
Customers accept the risks associated with unattended deliveries, including theft, loss or weather damage.
6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Freight
If an order is lost, damaged or significantly delayed in transit:
- customers must notify Pro Speed Racing as soon as reasonably possible;
- we will assist in lodging freight investigations or insurance claims with the carrier where applicable.
Pro Speed Racing is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, customs processing, weather events, industrial action or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Freight Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order contents, destination and selected shipping service.
Additional freight charges may apply for:
- remote areas;
- oversized items;
- heavy freight;
- dangerous goods; or
- split shipments requested by the customer.
Where additional freight charges are required, customers will be contacted before dispatch where practicable.
8. Split Shipments
If part of an order is unavailable, Pro Speed Racing may:
- hold the order until complete;
- partially ship available items; or
- arrange split deliveries.
Additional shipping charges for split shipments may apply and will be discussed with the customer where applicable.
9. Click & Collect
Where available, customers may collect approved orders from our Somersby NSW location during business hours after receiving collection confirmation.
Photo identification may be required.
10. Acceptance
By placing an order with Pro Speed Racing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy.
