Raceworks Premium Billet Motorsport Inline Fuel Filter

The new Raceworks Premium Billet Inline Filters is a new range that uses the same internal element as the ALY-077 filters providing the same amount of flow, but is much smaller and the completed unit is now 33% lighter! The new Raceworks Billet Inline Filters were created using the Raceworks Standard Billet filters as a base. They use the same internal elements and offer the same flow as the original ALY-077 filter but improvements in design result in a shorter overall length and integrated mounting bracket. No clamp is required. They contain male fittings on ends for less complexity and to help reduce length. You only need to purchase one part instead of four to setup a filter, and the result weighs signficantly less than traditional filters with additional fittings and a clamp.

This new range is the ultimate solution for a motorsport application, or anyone who wants a simple, neat solution supporting loads of flow (>1500LPH @ 3Bar). It is also possible to mix and match end caps, should you want an AN reducer or expander.

Which Micron level is suitable? The lower the micron level, the finer the particle it filters, but the more restrictive the filter is on flow. Raceworks recommended a 100 or 75micron filter for use pre-pump, and a 40 or 10micron filter for use post-pump (Pre injectors).
