Description
Free Your Subaru’s Airflow – Built for Racing Performance
Most modern Subaru engines are fitted with a TGV (Tumble Generator Valve) assembly, designed primarily for emissions—not performance. Even when open, these valves restrict airflow, creating a major bottleneck for modified engines. That’s why Subaru’s high-performance JDM models never used them.
When you upgrade with larger turbochargers, high-flow intercoolers, or performance exhaust systems, the factory TGVs quickly become a limiting factor. They also make fitting larger turbos more difficult. Replacing them is essential for maximizing airflow and achieving consistent, reliable power under race conditions. ECU tuning is required.
AVO Turboworld Prepared TGV Assemblies are engineered for serious builders who demand maximum flow and reliability. Each assembly is designed as a direct-fit, race-bred replacement with enhanced durability and professional finish.
New Version 2 Design - More Compatibility
AVO's V2 design adds a reversible insert for the centre bolt holes which are slightly different between metal and plastic manifolds. This insert suits both bolt patterns meaning both manifolds are compatible.
Essential for High-Horsepower Racing Builds
When pushing your Subaru beyond stock performance, replacing restrictive factory TGVs is critical. AVO’s cast housings eliminate airflow disruption, simplify turbo installation, and unlock your engine’s full potential.
AVO Turboworld Prepared TGV Assemblies – built to race, built to win.
⚠️ For racing use only or as a replacement part for JDM vehicles.
