Dyno Spectrum DS1:
We took three years and 10000 hours of development to bring our first product to market, building on experience since the turn of the century in ECU tuning, reverse engineering and custom feature development for other companies including our own. We enjoy bringing smoothness, quality, innovation and standalone type features to factory ECUs and are excited to be a part of DAZA
The DAZA DS1 product comes after the roaring success of our 4.0T product. We have incorporated all the same features except we do not have OTS maps beyond stage 2. So we have things like real flex fuel with a sensor, displays of things like ethanol content, full range boost, knock and fuel pressures on the virtual cockpit power and torque gauges, 10 way map switching with custom feature of rolling anti lag using ignition retard, the fastest datalogging of any OEM ECU with huge numbers of useful items you cannot even see on other loggers. Adjustable launch control, knock display, gauges in the browser. Flashing in 30 seconds to change map, full flashes 3-4 minutes. All wirelessly and safely so that you can even turn off the phone, tablet or computer you started the flash with and it will still complete. You can even tune the entire ECU whilst the engine is running and even have your tuner do it remotely. So instead of taking minutes to make a single change you can finally properly fine tune things whilst seeing the results immediately on a fast live graphing datalogger. We’ve moved away from canned and closed tunes and our OTS maps are open as examples for tuners new or old to adapt to the platform, or they can merge their existing strategies with ours and enhance their work greatly without needing a standalone ECU.

Integrated Engineering Carbon Fibre Cold Air Intake
GET THE BEST INTAKE FOR THE BEST RS CAR
IE is proud to announce the best looking and highest performing air intake for the RS3 8V and TTRS 8S platforms. To ensure the highest performance, no corners were cut or expenses spared. A massive air filter, carbon fiber construction, large internal volume, and4-inch piping diameter ensure the engine breathes sufficiently and realizes large power gains across the entire powerband.
LEADING 2.5T INTAKE SYSTEM POWER GAINS
The ram-air design and performance features translate into big power gains. This intake system performs great with upgraded ECU Software or upgraded turbochargers. Stage 2 software yielded greater than 25 Horsepower with the addition of the IE intake. Below is a dyno chart provided by Iroz Motorsport in a 3rd party test.
2019+ MODEL YEARS
2019 and newer model year engines are equipped with a new style diverter valve housing that is non-compatible with the native intake design. Installing an aftermarket intake on all newer configurations requires the additional IE Diverter Valve Adapter Kit (IEINCQ1-16) for installation (sold separately). If your RS model is year 2019 or newer, make sure to add both the intake and adapter to your cart before ordering.
INCREASED AIR FLOW
An upgraded intake that only looks pretty and doesn’t improve performance isn’t one IE would ever put its name on. Several design features lead to an impressive 42% increase in airflow over stock. Large power gains will be realized on all applications from mild to wild.
RAM-AIR DESIGN
The ram-air design ensures that as much air is forced into the intake system as possible. The intake achieves this by feeding cold air in from the front of the car. The front scoop of the IE intake system spans the entire width of the grille collecting all available air. While producing an intake of this size is expensive, it results in the highest performing product.
CARBON FIBERGLASS CONSTRUCTION
Carbon Fiber air intakes not only look great but they also have a key performance advantage of being less heat absorbent. By absorbing less heat intake air temperatures remain cooler than other common construction materials such as sheet metal heat shields and aluminum piping.
4 INCH CARBON INLET PIPE
A large diameter 4-inch carbon inlet pipe ensures unrestricted airflow into the turbocharger. This large diameter pipe replaces the substantially smaller factory inlet pipe, allowing the engine to breathe properly.
MASSIVE HIGH-FLOW AIR FILTER
IE engineers incorporated the largest filter possible. In addition to the sheer size, the frontal area of the air filter incorporates a pleated inverted cone which results in more air induction.
EASY INSTALLATION
Install can typically be completed in about an hour using basic tools. Be sure to read the install instructions in entirety before starting the process. SOUND DESIGN
Creating a true Motorsport exhaust system requires a delicate balance of flow and harmonics. Extensive engineering and testing has produced a truly unrestricted exhaust with an exhilarating symphony of engine sound without annoying rattles, drones, or reverb cabin noise. Your stereo system may be out of a job!
ENGINEERED TO PERFORM
Most aftermarket catback systems for the RS3 are designed to mimic the factory twin pipe setup making it easy to connect to the downpipe. This was fine for factory or mildly tuned setups, however the split pipe system can not keep up with the flow demands of aggressively tuned engines and big turbo setups, causing power loss. The IE catback center pipe is a massive 3.5" straight-through pipe that splits to dual 3" pipes out the back with the valves open. This is enough flow to power even the largest turbo setups.
EXOTIC TIP DESIGN
Whats the point of a larger exhaust that looks stock? Truly stand out from the crowd with a set of unique stylized exhaust tips. These custom shaped over-sized tips fill up the factory exhaust cut outs and update it with a look that belongs under a modern super car.

The built-in valve system is fully controlled by the factory drive select button just like stock without the need for finicky Bluetooth apps or cumbersome key fobs. OPEN EXHAUST VALVES
With the exhaust valves in their open setting (dynamic mode) the exhaust flows from the main 3.5" pipe into dual 3" pipes and directly out the back unrestricted. This setting offers both the highest flow and loudest sound possible from your exhaust.
CLOSED EXHAUST VALVES
Cruising in comfort mode closes the dual exhaust valves forcing the exhaust to flow from the single 3.5" center pipe into the muffler and out twin 2.5" pipes. This keep the sporty exhaust note, but with a dramatically reduced stock-like noise level.
PRECISION FIT
IE engineers use 3D scanning tools to create a digital duplicate of the vehicle's under body. This provides an incredibly high resolution environment to reverse engineer and rapid prototype a performance exhaust that not only takes advantage of every millimetre of available room, but also results in a perfect fit and easy installation.

Your 2.5T engine is capable of supercar level horsepower on the stock engine and turbo reliably with a Stage 2 Tune alone! However, the factory installed downpipe is designed for maximum emissions and economy, not for power. This design is riddled with small piping, harsh bends, and power sucking restrictions that limit your power gains to only Stage 1 Tune levels. In order to correct that, a true performance downpipe is required to open up the exhaust flow and allow the turbo to spin freely!
MAXIMUM FLOW DOWNPIPE
IE engineers set out to design the ultimate downpipe option for the 8V RS3 and 8S TTRS chassis by employing leading-edge development technology along with highly specialized cast manufacturing. By using cast sections this allowed our engineers to design specialized shapes into the downpipe itself that lets it conform and fit into very tight spaces while retaining it's large size and maximized flow rates. The design is so specialized that 3D scanning was used to build a digital model of the chassis to design in allowing us to build shapes down to the millimeter. This design is just not possible using traditional stainless steel pipes and bends found in most exhaust manufacturing.
Bolting this downpipe onto your Audi along with other matching bolt-ons and an IE STage 2 Tune results in up to 577 horsepower! You can take your RS3 or TTRS from a sporty driver to a power monster in a single weekend. Downpipe requires Stage 2 Tune for a complete installation.
LET THAT 5 CYLINDER ROAR!
Your RS 2.5 TFSI engine has an amazing 5 cylinder sound that all enthusiasts love. Unfortunately, much of that sound is muffled by the factory downpipe system. The cast design of your IE downpipe creates an aggressive and deep tuned sound that showcases the unique rumble from the 5 cylinder turbo engine. It remains perfectly daily drivable and modest on your daily commute, but when you put the pedal down it transforms into an all-out howling beast!
REMOVABLE HIGH FLOW CATALYTIC CONVERTER
By employing a high flow metal matrix catalytic converter, horsepower loss is almost non-existent while keeping unpleasant smells and increased emissions to a minimum. However, the CAT section can be completely removed and replaced with a straight exhaust pipe for track days or drag events if you wish.
LONG-LIFE MANUFACTURING
This downpipe holds the seal of IE quality and has been manufactured to last as long as you own the vehicle and beyond. Constructed from 304 stainless steel and expertly tig welded for incredible reliability. The cast and CNC machined turbo flange is thick to prevent leaks or warping at the turbo while a quality flex section works to allow normal movement between the chassis and engine without adding strain to the downpipe.
IE Y-PIPE ADAPTER REQUIRED FOR STOCK CATBACK
IE's Y-Pipe Adapter Kit (sold separately) is used to adapt your IE Downpipe to a stock catback exhaust section. This high quality stainless steel cast adapter is a complete kit that will make installing our downpiep to your stock exhaust painless and easy! This part is not required if you are installing an IE Catback System.
BOLT-ON INSTALLATION
This downpipe kit bolts-on directly to either an IE Catback or stock catback (with adapter) with no permanent modifications or alterations to the vehicle. The removal of the factory downpipe is a very long process and is only recommended to be performed by a professional. DIY is not recommended for most on this product.
