AVOTurboworld’s Race 2" primary pipes and 2.5" V-band up-pipe assembly is engineered for extreme performance applications capable of supporting 1000+ hp. Designed specifically with G-Series turbochargers in mind, this ceramic coated equal length manifold delivers exceptional flow, fast response, and the strength required for high boost levels.
The rotated up-pipe and slip joint manifold design allow compatibility across multiple EJ engine block variations, while the 3" V-band turbo flange provides a secure, leak-free connection for high-power builds. With larger primary tubing, the system effectively reduces back pressure under heavy load, improving turbo response and maximizing top-end power on built race engines.
Each system is fabricated from 2" stainless steel 304 tubing, 2 mm wall thickness, and fully purge TIG welded for maximum durability. Precision 12 mm lost-wax flanges ensure a reliable seal and long-term resistance to heat cycling. The kit includes exhaust manifold gaskets, Inconel studs, stainless washers, and stainless nuts for a complete installation package.
This setup is compatible with all EJ25 engines using either the factory sump or a larger aftermarket sump.
Fitment Note
These headers are intended for use with G-Series turbochargers featuring an internal wastegate. Custom down-pipe, intake, and intercooler piping are required for installation.
