Description

Most modern Subaru models are equipped with a TGV assembly, short for Tumble Generator Valve. The TGV assembly includes a flapper valve designed to create a “tumble” effect in the incoming air, which aids cold-start emissions. However, this feature is unnecessary once the engine is warm, and Subaru models in regions like Japan are often built without it.
