Ferrea Competition Plus Valves

Ferrea Competition Plus Valves are widely recognised as one of the most reliable extreme duty engine valves in the performance industry. Designed for high stress and high rpm applications, these valves are manufactured using advanced aerospace grade alloys, including EV8 Z18, chosen for its exceptional tensile strength and durability.

An exclusive two stage slow forging process is used to ensure optimal grain flow throughout the valve, virtually eliminating structural weaknesses during manufacturing. Following forging, each valve undergoes a controlled heat treatment and stress relief process over a 48 hour period, forming the foundation of Ferrea’s molecular integrity and long term reliability.

To further enhance durability, the valves are finished with avionics grade hard chrome and feature a specially applied hardened tip. This combination provides excellent wear resistance, improved longevity, and consistent performance in demanding engine environments.
