The Haltech Nexus Mazda RX-8 Plug-in, as the name suggests, plugs directly into the Mazda harness, and nestles neatly into factory location.

It seamlessly supports vital OEM functions.

Unlock enhanced capabilities with "OEM Plus" functionality via the auxiliary connector, enabling features such as O2 Control, Flex Fuel, Oil Pressure monitoring, Fuel Pressure sensing.

And for serious drivers, the Nexus ECU unleashes potent Race Functionality, including CO2 Boost Control, Race Timer, Advanced Torque Management, Launch Control, Nitrous Control, and 128MB of onboard data logging.

Setting up your Mazda has never been easier, thanks to the intuitive setup wizard in NSP software or the Haltech Connect App on your smartphone. Plus, Wi-Fi capability ensures effortless diagnostics and tuning on the go.

  • ABS module (Note: Limited support. Currently we support the AUDM, JDM, USDM, and two different European versions of the ABS module. Other modules will have different CAN addressing.) ABS modules using K-line (instead of CAN) is not supported.
  • Immobiliser light on dash (Note: We don't support the immobiliser, but the Haltech Plug-in ECU will still function and run the car regardless of the factory immobiliser and can prevent the immobiliser warning light from turning ON when the factory ECU is replaced.)
