These conditions are further impacted by the high combustion pressures and vibrations encountered during engine operation. A high-quality head gasket must not only distribute sealing pressure as evenly as possible but also adapt dynamically to maintain a reliable seal under constantly changing conditions.

Grommet Type Head Gasket for FA20 Engines

Turbocharging and supercharging the FA20 engine has become increasingly popular. However, these high-performance upgrades often lead to head gasket failures due to the added stress. To combat this, HKS has developed a new grommet-type head gasket that surpasses traditional stopper-type designs, offering superior sealing for forced-induction applications.
