Featuring a robust grommet structure at the bore sealing surface, this gasket offers exceptional sealing capabilities. Its design ensures enhanced surface pressure distribution, creating a reliable gas seal. The inner surface of the bore integrates with the gasket base sheet and a specialized plate, providing a strong and durable seal under extreme conditions.
To prevent cylinder head distortion during head bolt tightening, precision shims are placed at both ends of the engine deck, ensuring even load application. The advanced grommet structure accommodates deformation in the front and rear sections of the engine deck, delivering high bore-sealing performance across the entire engine.
The gasket’s upper and lower surfaces utilize a plate coated with multiple layers of synthetic rubber, enhancing its ability to adhere firmly to the block deck and cylinder head.
