Ichiban Off the shelf (OTS) maps for Cobb Accessport

Ichiban offer a wide range of tuning services from revisions on standard street cars to high HP monsters at the track. Ichiban can tune nearly all stock ECU’s for turbocharged Subarus as well as being certified to work with Cobb Access Port, link, motec, adaptronic, emtron and Haltech ECU’s.

The Ichiban range of Off the shelf (OTS) maps for Cobb Accessport allow customers to quickly and easily tune their vehicles to suit various aftermarket upgrades including cat-back exhausts, intakes and intercoolers. Using the Cobb Accessport this can be done at home without the need to take the car to a workshop or dyno for tuning.

 

The following upgrades can be supported with an Ichiban OTS map:

Intakes: 

  • Stock
  • Process West 72mm PWCAI10

Exhausts:

  • Stock
  • Aftermarket 3" Cat-Back (Invidia, Tomei etc.)

Intercoolers:

  • Stock
  • Cobb Tuning Top-Mount Upgrade Intercooler B41450

 

Vehicle Fitment:

  • 2022 Only Subaru WRX VB Sedan (6MT Only)

 

Common Questions:

I have a Cobb Accessport already, how do I get the correct map for my car? 

This can be checked using the Cobb Accessport hand piece in vehicle via the Identify Vehicle option. You can only upload an OTS map if it's listed to suit your vehicle, so you won't accidentally upload an incompatible tune.

How long does the process take?

Allow a week on average depending on workload and quality of datalogs sent

Can I use the OTS maps with different mods to ones offered?

No. We have structured this service to be as focused as possible and this does limit scope. As such, the tunes are offered for the approved mods only. This greatly benefits repeatability and proven results.

What risks are involved?

As with any modifications or tuning on a vehicle, there are inherit risks involved. Pushing your car past the factory intended power levels can introduce increased wear and risk to engine reliability. The responsibility is on the owner to ensure the car is of sound mechanical operation before and after undertaking modification. Modifying or tuning your vehicle WILL void your factory warranty. 

Datalogging involves driving the car under varied conditions to get the required data quality needed to tune vehicle. This includes under power. You are required to not exceed/infringe on your state and territory road rules.
