On many MK8 GTIs, the transmission computer is locked. While most tuners reduce output or force “low-torque files,” iE wrote custom code to force the transmission to safely accept more torque from the engine side. This custom code bypasses torque limiters and safely increases hydraulic pressures to increase clutch capacity without a transmission tune. Full power, no compromises.

Your path from stock to savage
STAGE 1 — START HERE
Add up to +81 hp with nothing more than a Stage 1 ECU Tune, engineered to reprogram your stock engine for maximum gains on 91 or 93 octane. Pair with an intake for improved airflow and aggressive turbo sound. INCLUDED WITH CORE
STAGE 2 — TURN IT UP
To safely maximize the stock turbo, you'll need an intake and intercooler. Reflash to Stage 2 and boost climbs to 388 hp. Increased airflow and cooling keep power consistent while acceleration pulls harder across the powerband. REQUIRES PRO OR APEX
APEX — BUILT TO WIN
