This cold air intake is manufactured from a high-quality rotomold procedure that produces a superior plastic material with consistent wall thickness, strong corners, and excellent heat resistance. Enjoy a proper motorsport-designed intake system without compromise.
PERFORMANCE FIRST The internal volume of the intake and its complex shapes are the results of application-specific engineering for the Audi B9 platform. Every inch has been performance designed to feed your turbocharger with the most airflow possible.
THROTTLE DOWN, SOUND ON The stock airbox on your Audi A4 or A5 2.0T has been manufactured to silence all engine and turbo sounds at any performance cost. Upgrading your air system with an IE polymer intake will release a symphony of engine throttle, spool, and blow-off sounds that will be music to your ears.
MULTIPLE PRESSURE ZONES This intake features high and low pressure zones to feed the turbocharger and engine demands for any power goal. The majority of fresh air supply is supplied to the filter from the grill. If additional air demands are required, the intake will pull low-pressure air through the filter cover as needed.
BUILT-IN VELOCITY STACK The integrated velocity stack smooths the airflow from the large filter into the charge system with excellent laminar properties. This powerful design detail results in a very high inertia flow with reduced drag and power-robbing turbulence at the critical point as air enters the turbocharger.
