The Kelford Cams range of camshafts for Honda K series engines feature the best design technology in the industry. With a focus on customer results Kelford have engineered camshafts to meet power expectations while retaining reliability of timing components and valve springs.

179-A:

  • 298°/294° | 12.50mm/12.20mm
  • Stage 1 racing cams to suit 2.0L K Series engine to suit many applications. Great for stock engines with bolt on’s looking for that next step in power. Power increases will be seen across the entire rev range compared TSX cams.
  • Primary/Intermediate lobe specifications are 248 & 254/252 degrees advertised duration. 7.75mm & 8.55mm/7.40mm lift.

179-B2:

  • 312°/306° | 13.50mm/12.20mm
  • K20a-24 racing cams, designed for ultimate racing applications. Best suited to built engines with ported heads, ITBs and race plenums, super strong midrange power, rough idle on plenum manifolds.
  • Primary/Intermediate lobe specifications are 256 & 266/254 degrees advertised duration. 10.0mm/8.60mm & 8.48mm lift.

179-C:

  • 322°/308° | 14.70mm/13.00mm
  • Racing cams to suit professionally built, large displacement K series race engines and single seat midget race cars. Requires 13:1+ compression, CNC ported heads and lots of RPM!
  • Primary/Intermediate lobe specifications are 268 & 264/264 degrees advertised duration. 10.0mm & 10.0mm/10.00mm lift.

179-T1:

  • 300°/306° | 13.20mm/12.60mm
  • Stage 1 turbo cams designed for engines making 600-1200hp, using 62-72mm turbos. Features smaller side lobes for great throttle response in 2.0ltr engines. Will spin 11,000rpm when using the KVS79-EXTREME valve springs.
  • Primary/Intermediate lobe specifications are 266 & 256/258 degrees advertised duration. 10.00mm & 8.60mm/9.15mm lift.

179-T2:

  • 318°/324° | 13.30mm/12.60mm
  • Drag Race series, high horsepower turbo cams. Designed for 1400+hp engines using 75-86 turbos, best suited for Methanol drag cars running 7s.
  • Requires Kelford KVS79-EXTREME valve spring kit for engines spinning to 11,000RPM.
  • Primary/Intermediate lobe specifications: 268/264 & 264 degrees advertised duration. 10.0mm & 10.0mm/10.0mm lift.
