Description

The LEYO Oil Catch Can Kit V3 Plus+ is designed specifically for the VW Golf MK7 R and Audi S3 8V, combining effective crankcase ventilation control with a cleverly integrated washer bottle delete for a clean, factory-like installation.

This Plus+ version incorporates LEYO’s aluminium washer bottle delete, replacing the upper section of the factory washer reservoir. This frees up valuable space in the engine bay while retaining full washer system functionality, allowing the oil catch can to mount neatly under the factory engine cover.

During spirited driving and high engine load, oil vapour (commonly known as blow-by) is produced at a significantly increased rate. This vapour is normally recirculated back into the intake system, where it can cause carbon build-up on intake valves, oil residue in the intake tract, and contamination of the intercooler. Over time, this can reduce performance and contribute to long-term engine wear.

The LEYO Oil Catch Can features a uniquely engineered internal filtration system. As pressurised oil vapour enters the can, the design accelerates condensation and effectively captures oil using specially perforated stainless steel plates. Cleaner gases are then safely returned to the intake, helping maintain engine efficiency and reliability.

Constructed from T304 stainless steel and high-grade aluminium, the LEYO Oil Catch Can Kit is built for rust-free, leak-free operation. A pre-installed drain valve makes routine maintenance quick and simple, ensuring protecting your engine is effortless.
