The Link Mounting Boss Steel provides a convenient and secure way to install 1/8" NPT threaded temperature sensors into steel intercooler piping, intake manifolds, coolant pipes and other fabricated components. Designed to be welded in, it creates a durable threaded mounting point for Link temperature sensors and other compatible 1/8" NPT sensors.
Models Supported
Link IAT1-8 Inlet Air Temperature Sensor (PN 101-0045).
Link NTC1-8 Coolant Temperature Sensor (PN 101-0076).
Other sensors with a 1/8" NPT thread.
Steel intercooler piping.
Steel intake manifolds.
Steel coolant pipes and fabricated components.
Warnings Designed to be welded into steel components. Correct sensor placement is important for accurate temperature measurement.
