As the stand-out component, our aluminum radiator features full aluminum construction with durable TIG-welded end tanks. This radiator features a 20-percent increase in coolant capacity and a 41-percent increase in air surface area to provide optimal heat dissipation. In addition, our radiator features precise CNC-machined quick disconnect fittings for a hassle-free installation. To supplement our robust radiator, we've included our incredibly durable silicone radiator hose kit. Mishimoto silicone hoses are constructed from high-grade 4-ply silicone with heat-resistant embedded fibers for superior heat and pressure tolerance. In addition, our silicone hose kit includes brand-new quick disconnect hose ends for a durable, leak-free connection. Also included in our Essentials Bundle is the Mishimoto Performance Aluminum Fan Shroud Kit. This kit utilizes a high-flow 16-in electric fan to provide 1850cfm of airflow. Within this kit is our adjustable fan controller kit, providing everything you need for an easy installation. Rounding out our Essentials Bundle is our racing thermostat for the E46 3-series. The Mishimoto thermostat has a lower activation temperature (158F) than the factory thermostat (206F).
