The Mishimoto Essentials Bundle includes high-quality upgraded cooling components to replace items we've found to be the most failure-prone. For the 1990-1997 Mazda Miata, we've bundled together our aluminum radiator, silicone radiator hose kit, racing thermostat, and performance aluminum fan shroud kit. As the stand-out component, our aluminum radiator features full aluminum construction with durable TIG-welded end tanks. In addition, this radiator features a massive two-row 1. 97-in thick core, providing increased fluid capacity and optimal cooling efficiency. To supplement our robust radiator, we've included our incredibly durable silicone radiator hose kit. Mishimoto silicone hoses are constructed from high-grade 4-ply silicone with heat-resistant embedded fibers for superior heat and pressure tolerance. Within this bundle, we've included two items aimed at maintaining appropriate fluid temperatures. First, we've included our Mishimoto Mazda Miata Racing Thermostat. The Mishimoto thermostat has a lower activation temperature (154. 4F) compared to the factory thermostat (188F). The lower activation temperature allows coolant to flow through the engine earlier, reducing the risk of overheating in hot environments. Rounding out the Essentials Bundle is our Performance Aluminum Fan Shroud Kit. This fan shroud features OEM-style plugs for easy installation and provides optimal airflow during idle conditions.
