The OVERTAKE Subaru WRX and STI Rear Differential Bushing Inserts solve this by reinforcing the factory mounts with performance-rated 80A durometer urethane, significantly reducing unwanted movement.

Why It Works
The rear differential is a critical part of Subaru’s AWD system, but the factory rubber mounts are designed primarily for comfort. Under acceleration and cornering, they allow the differential to shift, wasting energy and reducing consistency. OVERTAKE bushing inserts slip directly over the OEM rubber mounts and are secured by spacers that lock everything together into a unified assembly.
The result is dramatically reduced deflection under load, improved durability, and more consistent power delivery. The urethane material resists heat, oil, and environmental degradation, ensuring long-term performance. While a slight increase in NVH is possible, most enthusiasts welcome the added drivetrain feedback as a worthwhile trade-off.
