PE Mounting Clamps with Hooks are designed to mount to the roll cage inside race cars to provide a space to hang either the steering wheel or helmet. Although these are designed with motorsport in mind, the possible uses for these hooks become endless.
Available in a variety of sizes: 1.5”ϕ, 1.625”ϕ, 1.75”ϕ, 1.875”ϕ & 2”ϕ
PE Clamps provide an advantage over welding by clamping the objects to a non-permanent joint. It is easy to replace or adjust the position by simply unscrewing the clamp, unlike permanent joints. They are designed to effectively mount around common roll cages and tube sizes.
The clamps make a safer and easier install.
PE clamps come in four different styles and a variety of sizes to satisfy a wide range of tube mounting needs. Engineered to withstand a 10G dynamic load of 5 kg or a static load of 50 kg per clamp. The clamps have an optional vibration insulator that dampens vibration effects (NOTE: Adding the vibration insulator makes the clamp suit the next size down, except for the PE-11 range which is designed to always come with the vibration insulator). They are made of aircraft alloy with a hard anodised finish to resist the effects of harsh environments.
