The OEM delay valve causes inconsistent clutch engagement and unintended clutch slipping during aggressive driving. The PERRIN Clutch Delay Valve Delete optimizes the feel of your clutch engagement by removing the OEM delay valve in the clutch slave cylinder.
Unlike outdated methods that involve gutting the OEM valve and leaving behind a leftover cavity with small holes and a sleeve that blocks the bleeder valve, the PERRIN Clutch Delay Valve Delete offers a smooth, flat surface to ensure easy access to the bleeder ports, making clutch bleeding simple.
The OEM clutch delay is designed to slow clutch engagement during operation. In aggressive driving scenarios such as fast shifts or launches, this can result in unwanted clutch slipping, causing premature wear on the clutch and reduced power transfer through the drivetrain.
