PSR has added turbo oil feed line kits for those wanting to replace a tired old OEM line or for those upgrading to a new turbo and want to add the option for including an oil filter. These kits can be selected with either Billet Aluminium or Stainless Steel fittings.
This kit incorporates the Raceworks 200-Series braided hose in either stainless steel braid or black braid. Raceworks 200 Series Teflon Braided Hose is constructed from a PTFE (Teflon) inner tube that is compatible with all fuels, oils, nitrous including brake and clutch fluids. The PTFE (Teflon) tube is covered by a stainless steel outer cover that is durable, and resistant to abrasion and expansion. The Raceworks 200 Series Hose is the best option for use on fuel systems as it won’t allow the permeation of fuel smell, and has the highest pressure and temperature rating in the range of Raceworks hoses.
Raceworks 200/220 Series Hose Ends are manufactured from either 6061 T6 grade billet aluminium or Stainles Steel. All Raceworks hose ends are hardcoat anodised for maximum protection, and full flow to provide uninhibited fluid movement. Female swivel hose end ensures ease of fitment once 200 Series Hose has been connected. All Raceworks products come with a 2 year warranty.
Optional - Turbosmart Oil Filter
Turbosmart’s turbo oil feed filters make sure your turbo is continually fed with clean oil. With small oil galleries, the turbocharger needs to avoid debris that may become dislodged from the engine. A 44-micron filter element ensures that even the smallest particles are kept away from the turbo.
Optional - OEM Subaru Banjo Bolts
This kit does not include banjo bolts. The standard bolts can be reused or replacements can be added on separately. In the case of upgrading from Journal-Bearing to Ball-Bearing/Roller-Bearing (for example VF34) a new banjo bolt with smaller restrictor is required.
Important Notes:
- Picture shows rough plumbing layout only. Actual layout will depend on engine bay components and personal taste.
- Picture shows assembled hoses/fittings, kit includes unassembled hose and fittings which will require cutting and assembling. Additional tools/supplies may be required. This allows user to decide optimal hose lengths and routing.
- Kit suits factory Subaru turbos or aftermarket turbos with M10 banjo bolt oil feed fitting.
- Tee-Fitting will remain Billet Aluminium regardless of fitting selection.
