PTFE Hose

PTFE hose is one of the most durable and chemically stable options available. It offers excellent resistance to fuels including methanol, ethanol, E85, and race fuel, as well as compatibility with brake fluid, power steering fluid, coolant, and transmission fluid. PTFE hose has near zero permeation and will not release vapors like rubber hose, making it suitable for use in tight or enclosed areas.

Radium Engineering PTFE hose is pressure tested to 1200 psi and is capable of handling far higher pressures. It also tolerates extreme temperatures from very cold conditions to high heat. Each hose features an extruded fluoropolymer core wrapped in stainless wire braid. The outer layer depends on the assembly method, with DIY kits using a black braided polyester finish and preassembled hoses using a smooth PVC outer layer. All hose ends use black anodized aluminum.

PTFE Hose Ends

These fittings are made specifically for PTFE hose and cannot be used with rubber hose. Each end is made from anodized aluminum and includes internal O rings that allow easy swivelling during installation.

PTFE DIY Kits

The PTFE DIY hose kits are available in 6AN and 8AN sizes. The hose in these universal kits uses a black polyester braid and is supplied in a length suitable for most custom applications.
