Description

This kit provides all necessary connections from the top of the fuel tank to the OEM hard lines at the rear of the vehicle. Note: custom hoses and fittings will need to be purchased and constructed separately to run larger lines all the way to the engine and back.

From the pump outlet, a short 8AN PTFE fuel line runs behind the pump hanger and down underneath the fuel tank. At the OEM hard line, there are two different connection types:

  • Early models – use an inverted flare fitting (adapter included)
  • Later models – use an SAE quick connect (adapter included)

When returning fuel comes back from the OEM FPR, it flows through an OEM barbed hard line that terminates just underneath the fuel tank. A short rubber hose adapts this to 6AN, followed by a 6AN PTFE hose that routes to the return port on the pump hanger.

Also included are 4 aluminium spacers, new mounting screws, and thicker adhesive foam to ensure the RH OEM fuel tank access cover clears the larger fuel lines.
