Radium Fuel Pump Hanger Suit AEM 50-1200/DW440

The Radium Engineering fuel pump hanger is designed for the Mitsubishi Evo 7–8–9, allowing the installation of one or two aftermarket fuel pumps directly into the OEM fuel tank. The precision-machined assembly replaces the factory hold-down flange and provides simplified fuel system upgrades with both OEM compatibility and aftermarket flexibility.

Improved Fuel System Performance:

• OEM hangers restrict return flow with a small venturi jet pump, causing excess fuel rail pressure when using high-flow pumps
• Radium hanger features an upgraded venturi jet pump with an integrated pressure relief valve to minimize back pressure
• All returning fuel from the regulator and crossover exits into the jet pump to keep the OEM tank baffle full, preventing fuel starvation

Electrical Considerations:

• Single pump setups can reuse OEM fuel pump controller wiring
• High-flow pumps require upgraded wiring to handle increased current draw
• Optional Radium fuel pump wiring kits available (Qty 1 for single pump, Qty 2 for dual pump)

Important Notes:

• This hanger eliminates the fine-micron in-tank filter found in the OEM hanger
• A high-quality aftermarket fuel filter (10 micron or finer) must be installed downstream
• Radium plumbing kits include this post-pump filter for added protection
• Kit includes all hardware for either single or dual pump setups (some components may not be used depending on configuration)
