Manufactured with a large 0.69" internal bore, the fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements. The rail is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, anodized and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. It is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.
The Radium fuel rail eliminates the OEM 2-bolt inlet flange which uses a restrictive 0.22" (5.7mm) orifice. All four ports use -8AN ORB threads.
The fuel rail reuses the 3 OEM mounting spacers (Mitsubishi MD095402) to thermally insulate the fuel rail from the intake manifold. Furthermore, phenolic weashers are provided for the stainless steel mounting hardware. Mounting bosses mimic the factory fuel rail for securing the cable(s) that pass by with the OEM brackets.
This includes only the basic fuel rail as shown in the picture below. All fittings must be purchased separately. This is perfect for installers building a custom fuel system.
Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.
