Subaru EJ20 V3-V6 Fuel Rail & Injector Upgrade Kit – Radium / Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS

Upgrade your Subaru EJ fuel system with a proven combination of Radium Engineering fuel rails and Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS fuel injectors. Designed for modified and higher-output applications, this package provides increased injector capacity along with high-flow fuel rails to support increased fuel demand.

At the heart of the kit is a set of four Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS injectors. Developed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport, the ID1050-XDS delivers a nominal flow rate of 1065cc/min at 3.0 bar while retaining excellent low-flow control for consistent idle and drivability. Corrosion-resistant internals provide compatibility with all known fuels, making them suitable for both conventional petrol and ethanol-based fuel systems.

The injectors are paired with Radium Engineering's top-feed fuel rail conversion. CNC machined from 6061 aluminium, black anodised and laser etched, the rails feature a large internal bore designed to provide ample fuel volume for high-performance applications. Each rail incorporates multiple 8AN ORB ports, providing flexibility when configuring fuel lines, regulators, pressure sensors and other fuel system components.

Together, the Radium rails and ID1050-XDS injectors provide a solid foundation for upgrading the fuel system on modified Subaru EJ-powered vehicles, particularly where increased boost, turbocharger upgrades or ethanol fuels require greater fuel delivery capacity.


Injector Dynamics 1050-XDS Injectors

The ID1050x is the evolution of the ID1000, and the latest addition to the X-Series. It is the most recent offering from the partnership of Injector Dynamics and Bosch Motorsport, and is the result of lessons learned during development of the ID1300x, and ID1700x. Like the ID1300x and ID1700x, the ID1050x is not a modified production component. It is a built to spec motorsport injector, offering optimization of critical operating parameters important to you, the motorsport tuner. Compared to the original ID1000, the ID1050x offers numerous improvements, and is sure to become the new reference.


Radium Side Feed Conversion Fuel Rails

The "conversion" fuel rails convert the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed allowing the use of high flow fuel injectors (not included). The fuel rail injector bores are 14mm ID. Manufactured with a large internal bore, the fuel rails can support all necessary engine power requirements. They are CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser engraved for a high quality surface finish. The fuel rails are compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. Machined press-fit phenolic spacers are included to insulate intake manifold heat transfer.

The four billet injector seats are anodized and laser etched and provide a sealed receptacle for top feed fuel injectors. The seats are designed for injectors with 14mm lower O-rings.

For the 20-0569-02 conversion fuel rails, adaptable mounting brackets are included that permits a wide range of Subaru vehicles to be used.

The fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB.

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.
