Toyota GR Yaris / GR Corolla Fuel Upgrade Kit – Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS

Increase the fuel delivery capability of your Toyota GR Yaris or GR Corolla with this Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS fuel upgrade kit, designed for modified G16E-GTS applications requiring additional fuelling capacity beyond the limits of the factory system.

The G16E-GTS responds exceptionally well to increased boost and turbocharger upgrades, but higher power levels and ethanol-based fuels can quickly increase fuel demand. Adding supplementary port injection provides additional fuel delivery capacity while allowing the factory direct injection system to continue operating as part of the overall fuel strategy.

At the heart of the kit are Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS injectors. Developed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport, the ID1050-XDS delivers a nominal flow rate of 1065cc/min at 3.0 bar while maintaining excellent low-flow control for smooth and predictable operation.

Corrosion-resistant internal components provide compatibility with all known fuels, making the ID1050-XDS particularly well suited to performance applications running petrol, ethanol blends or E85.

Combined with a compatible port injection fuel rail, the ID1050-XDS injectors provide the additional fuelling capacity required to support increasingly demanding G16E-GTS builds, from upgraded turbo street cars through to high-power motorsport applications.

 

Injector Dynamics 1050-XDS Injectors

The ID1050x is the evolution of the ID1000, and the latest addition to the X-Series. It is the most recent offering from the partnership of Injector Dynamics and Bosch Motorsport, and is the result of lessons learned during development of the ID1300x, and ID1700x. Like the ID1300x and ID1700x, the ID1050x is not a modified production component. It is a built to spec motorsport injector, offering optimization of critical operating parameters important to you, the motorsport tuner. Compared to the original ID1000, the ID1050x offers numerous improvements, and is sure to become the new reference.

 

Radium Fuel Rail Kit

Manufactured with a large 0.69" internal bore, the fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements. The left/right rails are identical and feature anodized aluminum bodies and mounting brackets. The fuel rail end ports are tapped for 8AN ORB and the center port is tapped for 6AN ORB. Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

Fitment notes for 2012-2021 BRZ and 86:

As a compliment, consider purchasing part number 20-0353 Radium ECU Mount. This prevents the need to cut the OEM steel ECU mount and permits easy access to the RH fuel rail. This is not compatible with the 2022+ BRZ and GR86.

Injector Compatibility

This fuel rail is compatible with factory or OEM equivalent fuel injectors including Injector Dynamics. If upgrading fuel injectors, consult your aftermarket injector supplier for details. Radium Engineering cannot specify any further injector dimensions other than stating ‘OEM equivalent’.
