Description

Designed specifically for the 20B-REW rotary engine in the 1990–1995 Mazda / Eunos Cosmo, the Radium Primary Top Feed Conversion Fuel Rail (SKU: 20-1120) provides a high-flow, reliable foundation for performance fuel systems. CNC-machined from billet aluminium and hard anodised in black, this rail is compatible with all common pump fuels, including E85, and is built to support substantial power increases over stock.

The large internal bore ensures consistent fuel delivery for high-output applications, while the supplied thermal insulating spacers and washers help reduce heat transfer from the engine into the fuel, improving consistency and reducing the chance of vapour lock. The included 14 mm lower injector seats are designed to work with or without the OEM diffusers and feature FKM O-rings, making them suitable for boosted and high-pressure setups.

Three 8AN ORB ports provide flexible plumbing options and ample provision for additional accessories. The centre port can be used for items such as the OEM fuel temperature sensor (with the appropriate adapter), a pressure transducer, or a Radium fuel pulse damper. This makes the kit an ideal choice for both street and track Cosmo builds that require a tidy, upgradeable fuel system solution.

This rail requires universal top-feed injectors with 34 mm body height and 14 mm O-rings (not included). Popular Injector Dynamics options with these dimensions include the 1050-XDS, 1300-XDS, 1700-XDS and 2600-XDS series.

Note: Fuel injectors, fittings, regulators, gauges and other accessories are sold separately. Appropriate 8AN ORB fittings and components must be selected to suit your specific installation.
