The drive shaft is the cornerstone of power transmission. The reason Spoon work on driveshafts is that they provide a smoother ride while improving durability. The drive shaft of a front-wheel drive vehicle needs to transmit torque to drive the wheels, while giving a large angle to turn. As a result, the joints are subject to a very large load which often caused problems during races. One of the countermeasures for this during racing is the mirror finish surface processing of the internal joining parts.
By removing burrs, scratches and imperfections from each part, the starting point of cracks is eliminated and damage is prevented. Spoon's mirror finishing process improves durability, and the addition of high heat and pressure resistance grease ensures a smooth operating producct.
A drive shaft that improves durability and moves smoothly with little resistance is the key to creating a pleasant car.
