The Torque Solution V2 HD Oil Pan is designed to keep your EJ engine properly lubricated under demanding driving conditions. Precision cast from aluminium and CNC-machined for accuracy, this upgraded oil pan increases capacity while improving oil control, cooling, and serviceability.

With approximately 5.7 litres of oil capacity, this pan offers over a 30 percent increase compared to the factory unit. A CNC-machined sealing groove and seamless FKM rubber O-ring gasket provide a reliable, leakproof seal while making installation and future servicing far easier, with no gasket scraping required.

Integrated cooling fins are positioned to maximise airflow beneath the pan, helping to reduce oil temperatures during spirited driving or track use. The V2 design also includes a bolt-in internal race baffle and FKM oil control flaps, working together to minimise oil slosh and keep oil at the pickup where it is needed most.

Fitment and Installation Notes

• Must be used with an aftermarket oil pickup
• Not compatible with OEM or Moroso oil pickups
• EJ20 engines require EJ25 pickup and dipstick part number 11140AA150

Tested to fit with most aftermarket headers. Confirmed compatibility with ETS and Killer B headers. Perrin headers may require minor clearance adjustment.
