Torque Solution V2 HD Oil Pan for Subaru EJ Engines

The Torque Solution V2 HD Oil Pan is designed to improve oil control and reliability for Subaru EJ engines under demanding conditions. Constructed from cast aluminium and CNC machined for precision, the pan increases oil capacity to approximately 5.7 L, helping maintain consistent lubrication during aggressive driving.

A CNC machined sealing groove paired with an FKM rubber O ring provides a secure, leak resistant seal while simplifying installation and future servicing. This design eliminates the need for traditional gasket scraping and ensures a clean, repeatable fit.

Integrated cooling fins are cast into the bottom of the pan and positioned to take advantage of airflow beneath the vehicle. These fins assist with reducing oil temperatures and improving thermal stability during extended operation.

The updated V2 design includes a bolt in internal baffle that works to control oil movement during acceleration, braking, and cornering. By limiting oil slosh and keeping oil at the pickup, the baffle helps protect the engine when it is under load. All required installation hardware is included, with no additional parts needed.

Important Notes

• Must be used with an aftermarket oil pickup
• Not compatible with OEM or Moroso oil pickups
• EJ20 engines require EJ25 dipstick part number 11140AA150
• EJ20 engines must use an EJ25 fitment oil pickup

Header Fitment

Tested to fit with most aftermarket headers. Confirmed compatibility with ETS and Killer B headers. Perrin headers may require minor adjustment, such as compressing the upper primary tube slightly toward the lower tube.
