Carbon is a great thermal barrier and can cover up any previous blemishes with ease.This carbon unit does not utilize gel coat and instead is polished to a gorgeous shine that will not yellow over time. This allows the unit to handle heat extremely well. We also utilized high-temp epoxy during the process to ensure the carbon does not break down when subjected to exhaust heat.
