The Ventus 1 package for the Porsche 992 GT3 is an entry level aerodynamic package to increase downforce and reduce lap times. This packages performance in a safe and predictable way. The dive planes improve front end downforce by creating downforce on the units themselves and improving the front fender evacuation. The radiator gurneys also improve front downforce and cooling of the factory radiator. To balance out the added front end elements, rear wing mounts that increase the AOA (Angle Of Attack) of the factory rear wing were added.
The dive planes and radiator gurneys are produced by 2x2 twill carbon fiber and adhere to the car with 3M tape. The rear wing mounts are produced by 6061-T6 aluminum.
All products were developed utilizing in-house scan data, CAD, and CFD analysis. This ensured an OEM like fit and finish as well as function as intended for performance.
