towing, or sustained highway driving, rising intake air temperatures force the engine’s computer to pull back
power output. The factory intercooler simply lacks the capacity to keep up. The Xodus FDSTM Intercooler
System solves this with a massive 71% larger than stock core with Xodus’s exclusive Flow Distribution
System (FDSTM), an internal airflow guidance system that puts every square inch of the intercooler’s cooling
surface to work. The result is 15% lower intake temperatures that maintain up to 20 HP more power, and a
truck that keeps performing when others are dropping back.

Most oversized intercoolers push charge air through the path of least resistance, leaving large sections of
the core unused and accelerating heat soak. The Xodus Flow Distribution System (FDSTM) uses
precision-engineered internal guides to distribute hot charge air evenly across the entire core surface,
forcing every section to contribute to cooling. Maximum heat transfer. Consistent power under sustained
